II. Performance Updates

The Updates Program is courtesy program which enables customers to have the latest performance updates of Web Speed Accelerator. 

When a customer orders any Web Speed Accelerator product, they are automatically enrolled to receive product updates.

If they wish to cancel they may mail electronic, or postal mail, telephone or using the membership cancellation form on webspeedaccelerator.com.

If the customer later requests to re-activate their membership, the cost is $7.95 US.  The normal updates period is 3 years unlimited from the time of purchase or the customer can choose to purchase additional updates unlimited at a fee of $7.95 per year.

As a member, monthly performance updates (when available) will be emailed to customers of Web Speed Accelerator.


II. Updates Program Disclaimer

By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and are agreeing to be legally bound by them. This agreement is subject to change by Vonset Corporation at any time.

1. Legal definitions
"Subscriber" or "Member", as referred to in this document shall mean: The customer name on record.

"Site" as referred to in this document shall mean: webspeedaccelerator.com

"Updates Program" as referred to in this document shall mean:  The Web Speed Accelerator updates program.

2. Description of services
Members of The Web Speed Accelerator Updates Program will receive software performance updates each month (when available), 30 days from the date of purchase.  The software updates will ensure your product is up-to-date, and bug free.

3. Billing
Vonset Corporation will appear on your credit card or bank statement for any charges made.

4. Updates Program
Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, the terms are intact.

5. Billing History
Subscribers may request a copy of the account of charges made for the use of the site. Requests must be made to Vonset Corporation. Refer to the Questions and contact information at the end of this document.

6. Cancellation
At any time, and without cause, membership may be terminated by either Vonset Corporation, the site, or the subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax.

7. Refunds
Refunds which are permitted when the original product is returned within 30 days from the original shipping date.  Mail returns to:

8. Supplementary Terms and conditions
The site may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of this Agreement, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the site will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to Vonset Corporation, the site, and the subscriber.

I understand that by having checked the acknowledgement of Vonset Corporation’s Terms and Conditions, I am affirming that I have read and understand the terms and authorize Vonset Corporation to debit my credit card or bank account in accordance with the current terms and conditions.

9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

10. Notice
Notices by the site to subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the site, by a general posting on the site, or by conventional mail.

Notices by subscribers may be given by electronic messages, conventional mail, telephone or fax unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding the site must be directed to Vonset Corporation or webspeedaccelerator.com. All  Web Speed Accelerator membership cancellations must be directed to Vonset Corporation or webspeedaccelerator.com.

By using the webspeedaccelerator.com website you consent to this use. webspeedaccelerator.com reserves the right to change the content of this policy from time to time.

Why do we need your personal information?

1. When you use services provided on this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your name, contact details, e-mail address or debit/credit card details, and the card's expiry date. We will store this information and hold it on computers or otherwise. Your credit card details are encrypted on our systems.  We will use this information in the following ways:

  • To fulfill our agreement with you in providing you with webspeedaccelerator.com membership access.
  • To answer any queries which you have sent to us by e-mail.
  • To notify you if there are any important functionality changes to the website.
  • To notify you when your subscription is about to expire.

How do we use personal information?

2. Information that you provide or that is obtained by webspeedaccelerator.com will be used by the company to review, develop and improve the services which we offer. 5. We may also provide aggregate statistics about our customers, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third party vendors, but these statistics will contain no personally identifying information.

In order to process your membership to Investigator 2000, you are transferred to a secure server which uses secure server software (SSL) that encrypts all information you input before it is sent to them. This ensures that the information is reasonably protected against unauthorised interception.

8. We also follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access to that information.

9. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information as outlined in 7 and 8 above. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
